Terms of Use

By accessing or using B2Kicks, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here. We may update these Terms from time to time as described below.

B2Kicks is a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace intended for use by businesses and qualified individuals purchasing or selling footwear in a commercial capacity. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are using B2Kicks for legitimate business purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Certain wholesale inventory details are available only to buyers who have purchased Buyer Access. Buyer Access unlocks access to current and future wholesale marketplace opportunities while your account remains in good standing.

Buyer Access is a $29 one-time Buyer Access payment. It is not a subscription, and there are no recurring or monthly charges for Buyer Access.

Buyer Access does not guarantee:

• that any specific lot will remain available;
• that every reservation will be accepted; or
• that any specific inventory will be available now or in the future.

Wholesale inventory moves quickly and availability can change. Lot information, including models, SKUs, sizes, quantities, and pricing, is provided based on information available at the time of listing. Minor quantity adjustments may occasionally occur before final payment as inventory is confirmed.

A Reservation Deposit of 5% of the lot price is required to reserve a wholesale lot and initiate the verification process. The Reservation Deposit is applied toward the purchase price of the lot — it is not an additional fee.

Once the seller confirms the inventory and the reservation is accepted, the buyer must complete the remaining balance within the payment period specified by B2Kicks. B2Kicks will provide official payment instructions; buyers should not send the remaining balance before receiving them.

If the buyer fails to complete payment, abandons the transaction, or does not respond to payment requests within the required period, B2Kicks may cancel the reservation, release the lot to other buyers, and the Reservation Deposit may be non-refundable.

If B2Kicks or the seller is unable to fulfill a confirmed lot, the Reservation Deposit will be refunded in full.

B2Kicks records abandoned or defaulted reservations internally and may restrict or suspend reservation privileges for buyers with repeated abandoned transactions.

Buyers are asked to review and accept the Reservation Deposit Terms at checkout before a Reservation Deposit is submitted. Those terms apply to reservations made after their acceptance.

After a reservation is placed, B2Kicks may perform or coordinate a final inventory confirmation with the seller. Because wholesale inventory can change, the confirmed quantities or details may be adjusted before final payment is requested.

The remaining balance for a lot is requested only after the applicable verification and confirmation stage. You should not send any remaining balance until B2Kicks provides official payment instructions for that lot.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipping is not includedin the lot price and is the buyer's responsibility. B2Kicks may assist with shipping coordination or provide shipping quotes when available.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage of a given transaction and the circumstances involved. Where inventory cannot be confirmed or fulfilled, B2Kicks will work with the affected parties to determine an appropriate resolution. Contact us regarding any specific cancellation or refund question.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing lot details, completing payments as instructed, and arranging or covering shipping unless stated otherwise. Sellers are responsible for accurately representing inventory and fulfilling confirmed obligations. Both parties agree to communicate in good faith through the Platform.

B2Kicks works with verified retail and distribution sources and aims to maintain a marketplace focused on authentic merchandise and legitimate wholesale opportunities. B2Kicks is not an authorized distributor of any brand, and brand names are used only to describe merchandise.

To protect the integrity of the B2Kicks sourcing network, seller identities and sourcing relationships may remain confidential. You agree not to attempt to circumvent the Platform to identify or transact directly with sources outside of B2Kicks where such information is provided confidentially.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to sell counterfeit or misrepresented goods, to circumvent Platform processes, to interfere with the Platform's operation, or to misuse other users' information.

The B2Kicks name, logo, Platform, and content are the property of B2Kicks or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

We aim to keep the Platform available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B2Kicks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and B2Kicks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or misuse the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
